North East Young Dads & Lads is an amazing charity that’s unlike any other.

They take it upon themselves to create a safe space for young fathers to learn about what it means to be a dad. They’re here to give the people they work with the tools to understand how to support themselves, their children and the mothers of their children in a progressive and sustainable way. They’re here for everyone and asked us to create a series of films that explained what they do and how they do it. We made a hero film that explains the struggles and strains real dads have faced as they took on fatherhood and hoe North East Young Dads & Lads helped them navigate those most difficult of times.
